Parked here as was going to see a show at the New Victoria Theatre. It was very handy. Though when we were trying to exit the carpark there was a massive queue and we were on the top floor. I seen another car go down a ramp on the carpark nextdoor and was able to get across to it and exit that way. It would be a great idea if this exit were sign posted as we got out without having to queue at all.

Great new car park but when using the first time, it is not clear how to pay. 3 of us were all trying to work out the app advertised on a wall but we all gave up and phoned the Tel number instead which involves to send a text message to, to activate. You pay when coming back to the car which is great as you know exactly how long you have been from time of arrival

As car parks go this is a very modern one. Spaces are a good size and you only pay on leaving so no need to guess how long you are going to be. It's integrated with the shopping centre so very handy for that plus it's in central Woking anyway. My only niggle is the signposting, directions could be a bit clearer I think. I'm sure it's easy for the locals but I was just visiting.

Good for the shopping centre. Could do with better signage. Payment is by number plate recognition, but this is not clear when you first drive in

Beautifully appointed. Went to the theatre - straight from the car to the foyer. BUT Women's Toilets closed for cleaning at 7pm but there didnt seem to be anyone inside. We all had to use the disabled ones just outside.

Access have improves but still need a better variety[of stores] and stores close too early.

Concrete, cold space. Could have so much more life to it - extend the indoor market from around the corner perhaps!

The car park itself is OK, the barriers have the odd occasion where they don't work. Unfortunately last year someone hit my car whilst parked and when I enquired about CCTV the staff member wouldn't even check unless instructed to by the police. To a degree I can understand why but i just wanted to see if it was worth my time going to insurance as without footage there's not much that can be done..
