A clean and tidy open council run car park.it has a few free disabled parking, the rest of the spaces are pay and display.there is some restricted parking spaces for business use. Easy access to high street shopping. Regular parking warden partrols.

Good size, prices competitive. Well situated for the shops. Very central. Great for the park and water park too. You haven't got to carry the picnic far to the park if that's your choice.

Convenient alternative to other short term options, pay and display, open air site. Access road off Lake St past Fire Station requires repair to numerous potholes so be mindful of tyres and wheel rims. As of 12/20, county is in Tier 4 so all non-essential shops and much of the market is shutdown, so ample spaces. When situation improves, spaces will be harder to find, esp Tues/Sat market trading days. Easy access but no other facilities.

Always got a space whenever I have parked there. Charges are really reasonable. Use the Just Park app to avoid the worry of carrying change.

Used this car park to get to the water park, which was absolutely fantastic, my grand sons enjoyed it, so much so that they want to return again on bank holiday Monday, as a grandmother on a pension, it was a cheap day out, there was a really nice cafe as well that was reasonable priced, was also kept nice and clean, and really well maintained,

Free parking on Sundays it's a shame I found this out after paying for an all day ticket,however this is the perfect place to park your car for the splash park.
