Petersfinger Park and Ride

Parking is great & free to 23 April 19, however the actual bus service is dismal. The timetable shows four buses an hour. Today 29 Mar 19, we missed a bus at 12:05 the next bus arrived at 12:25 but sat at the stop to 12:55. The driver said he would only leave at his scheduled time 12:55. The two buses which should have come every 15 minutes never arrived.
It was the same on the return. We waited from 15:55 to 16:36 for the bus. Where is the promised buses every 15 minutes? Its free but the public gets a very poor bus service.

In terms of the actual parking and buses, plenty of spaces and the bus was great! On the down side, the entrance is very hidden and signposts are incredibly few and far between, making it incredibly difficult to find, especially when Google maps doesn't understand where the entrance is (I have made an edit to hopefully change this!).

Good car park. Buses are clean and run regularly. Only problem is traffic in and out of town can be a bit claggy but that's bus drivers problem so that saves a bit of swearing

Really convenient, no traffic, just park up and catch the bus.

Nice park and ride with good cover in case the weather isn't so great.

Visited Saturday 11th Dec. It is not very clear on arrival about payment. Finally found payment meters inside small build which has toilets . Both not working but says you pay the bus drivers for parking and the ride, ours was 4.00 for family all day. Buses very regular abd journey both ways didn't take long at all.

This is the ideal parking for approach Salisbury from A36. Free parking free bus for OAP's. Others pay on Bus. Toilets on-site.

Great way to avoid the traffic in Salisbury. And you can charge your electric car for free.
