First the good news. There was 7 or 8 cars in front of us, when we arrived, but we were in and out with 20 - 25 minutes.
The bad news. There are no signs anywhere, and not obvious where you should be going or what you should be doing, so you have to rely on the staff there to tell you which way to go. For obvious reasons they want to star as far away as possible from you. You have to wear a mask all the while you are there. So you end up with the staff yelling instructions at you through a mask and your own closed window. It's not their fault; they are doing a great job in a very difficult situation, but even a couple of handwritten signs would make everybody's life a lot easier
