Scammers!!! Their machines weren't working but they still sent me a fine. I appealed it and they just simply wouldn't accept it even though they had taken money out of my account (from previous fines, my details were probably still in their system), the previous fines were my own mistakes but this one, no chance. It wasn't my fault that their stupid machines weren't working. Anyways, even though they've taken the money out of my account, they sent me another letter saying that I owe them £170 because I hadn't paid the fine, which they took out of my account, regardless of their machines not working. Oh well, I guess I'll see them in court. I've got proof that they've taken the payment out of my account. Goodluck to them. I've got a bigger argument to fight in court then them.

Heading into town, this was one of the nearest stop to park up, then 5mins walk. I found it easy on GMaps, Pay & Display ticket machine, Coins Only Accepted here, so ensure you have change, I did. Very cheap too by the hour £2.10 for 2hrs. I'll use again next time I'm in Preston handy location, on Sunday not busy either.

This carpark is a long or short stay. The machine only takes coins. Notes & card are not accepted. The app usable for this carpark is Ringo not what is advertised. We were caught out & missed our train trying to pay for parking & we weren't the only ones. On return to the car there was a couple trying to pay for parking with no luck until we said to them.

Used cash to park. Typed in my reg and paid for allocated time. Received a ticket few weeks later of £60 saying that I did not pay. I explained that I paid and they stated basically "tough s***". I told them that if they checked CCTV they would have seen me paying but they said "No, we prefer taking £60 off people"...

Been parking here for a while with no problems then received a parking ticket even tho I had paid Luckily I had proof. Be careful and keep your tickets!!!!

Paid parking fee but after a few week they send notice to me that I didn't pay. Really bad experience. Worst.

SCAM OF THE DAY
They have machines to pay parking... but you have to put in your reg CORRECTLY or you will get fined.... the trick is the screen will not show your reg when you type it, and it will only print on the ticket afterwards. So you get it wrong. And u get a ticket
And if you appeal with proof youbpaod but entered the reg wrong, they will still charge you £20 because its the most they are legally allowed to as an admin fee. .... if you see the sign SMART PARKING... be smart and park somewhere else
