Disgusting that Surrey County Council now charge for this car park. They should be encouraging people to get out and walk. And I don't believe foe a minute that any money received will help towards preserving the site. Awful, awful, shame on you.

Pot holes everywhere which may damage your car, muddy and wet. Not sure what the parking charges go towards but clearly not the upkeep of the car park. Sure the walks are lovely but better off staying at home and watching tv.

Restrictions for dog walkers:
- Dogs on lead
- Cattle grazing behind live electric fence as of 28 May 2020
- Ground nesting birds March 1st - 15 September

Parking
- Charges for this car park and other sureet county council countryside car parks ceased to apply. A voluntary donation scheme is being set up later in the year to provide funds for dog waste bin emptying, litter picking etc.

2m height barrier on entrance - difficult for medium-large vans.

Potholes and battered drive and car park, mind your suspension and wheels

It's a car park, and at time of writing it was free. The bays are not marked and it unsurfaced and as a result it has a few uneven spots. There is a height restriction on entry limiting vehicles under 2m. There are no facilities at this car park, which would have been welcomed, however I understand that it can be expensive to install and maintain.

Free, large, carpark, overlooking the M3! Watch out for thefts. The carpark is a bit isolated and we saw a car parked there with their back window smashed in that had been there for a week or so as it had a removal notice on it. Possibly dumped there by joy-riders (??) (although that word seems a complete misnomer to me, bearing in mind the type of people they really are). Some pleasant, easy, walks from here, although at the moment, to the South, the paths have been curtailed/redirected as a new pipeline is being laid.
