Overall a pretty good car park - Central location, good selection of spaces and whilst the machine itself didn't accept card from what i remember, they do now have phone support using Pay By Phone. Cost me £1.80 for 2 hours which is pretty decent for what we wanted to get done.
Sadly can't comment on what it's like at night as we went in the day, nor regarding safety for vehicles but the area seemed reasonably nice as a visitor, so i wouldn't have thought there would be an issue. Mostly seemed like young families and elderly people living in Cheadle. Only thing of note is the Alton Towers traffic passes through here on all 3 sides, so getting out, especially around Towers closing, will be a nightmare.

Very central and convenient, usually plenty of spots available, and free before 09:30 and after 15:30 (and payable via app when chargeable). Decently lit at night though very few people around.
