Had to give it 1 star because I couldn't give it less,the pay machine didn't work it took £2 and kept it without getting a ticket. I had to pay by phone which cost another £2. I saw another 4 people having the same problem both of the machine's didn't work. It is bad management when the machine's are not kept in working order but I bet they're emptied of the money at the end of the day. Very disappointed by the Staffordshire moorlands council.
