Manor Road Long Stay Car Park

Large carpark suitable for cars, buses, lorries & coaches that has very reasonable parking charges, especially off season.

Fine as a car park, and just across the road from Connaught gardens and a scenic walk into town. When we came last August it was £1 an hour. Today we paid £8 for under 4 hours! Bit pricey for a long stay car park. Apparently after 4 hours you can stay for 24 at the same price.

Best little tucked away carpark, found it by following my nose. Glad I did, you can literally hop over a wall and be at the beach, although that would be a bad idea its a long way down.
Amazing beach, true its stones, but the water was incredible and the views were equally so. Highly recommended place to go.

There are plenty of spaces but in the height of summer it can get busy, average pricing, near to the garage plus the beach via a hike down.

A large car park with only 2 machines, one of which was not working properly. If you want to attract visitors to the town this is too expensive at £8 for 4 hours considering its quite a walk into the centre. In the winter it's only £2 all day. Ripping off the tourist.

The credit card machine is a nightmare. The instructions are hard to understand. Some of the buttons don't work. The credit card screen does not display. This machine took £2 of my money before I abandoned it for the Ringgo website. The app didn't work either.

Lovely big carpark with nice long spaces for our campervan. Empty out of season but very busy during the summer holidays.

So busy it took about 20 mins to get a space, but very close to the gardens and beach once we did.

First machine wouldn’t take my credit card, so used my debit card on the other machine.

About £1 an hour, which didn’t seem outrageous (could have been a flat £10 or something, given the location).
