It's contract/permit parking only Monday to Friday from midnight to 6pm. The signs are only on the outer bays, making it look like it just applies to those, until you go to pay and see the sign next to the machine. Having said that, some people still miss that, and try to pay for parking during the week. It's a good place to park, close to the town centre, in the evenings or at the weekend.

There's only limited car parking at the flat we visit so we have to use this car park as it's the nearest one. Gets very busy and it's not unusual to drive round waiting for a space. I don't know Guildford well enough to know of any other car parks that are better. Prices seem OK but there's always idiots who would rather pay a £60 fine for parking illegally than a couple of pounds for using it.

If you follow the "P" Parking signs after following the signs for the Historic Dockyards, then this place is an excellent choice for parking your car. Not too far to walk for the Mary Rose and HMS Warrior, etc. (Forget "Victory", what they've done with her is a travesty.) Reasonable prices, good well lit parking, and plenty of ticket machines, plus really helpful ticket office staff. It's where I'll be parking next time I visit.

Great little carpark. It's at the bottom near to train station 5 minutes walk, and next to the beautiful canel you can walk along. Parking meter. Short walk to town centre. The only down fall is then you have to walk up the hill high street. There's no height restrictions.

Only open to public parking evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Contract parking during the week. £1.80 an hour for the first three hours then hiked to £2.50 for additional hours.

Should be a good location for visitors, but it's only for permit holders during weekdays. May put a bigger sign at entrance to remind. Some people only find out when they start to use the app to pay.

As a local I can recommend this car park as a good option if you live that side of Guilford & want to avoid the horrific traffic & one way system. It's literally 100m from the town centre but can get very busy on the weekend. The prices for parking are fairly standard for Guildford.

Can only park after 6pm unless you are permit holder. Signs not very clear, popped out for 30 mins came back to a ticket. Very sneaky, I guess that’s what council lives off. Definitely put off visiting the town now
There's no height restrictions.
