Token style car park, which always think are easier to lose than a traditional ticket. Prices aren't great but you're paying for location and you couldn't be more central. As others have said, it can be quite cramped.

It was full when we got there and had to wait 15 minutes for a space to become available. All spaces besides pillars are of basically zero use unless you own a smart car or a motorbike. Only thing is how close it is to the cinema

No problems plenty of spaces and reasonable priced considering it's in the town centre

Would love to give it a zero but unfortunately I can’t there was this clearly out of shape security guard with black hair that was really rude to me chasing me through the car park trying to get me in some sort of trouble because he didn’t like the look of my car which was a stock Mercedes Benz a class I didn’t quite catch his name as as soon as I told him I wanna speak to his boss he walked off and wouldn’t speak to me he also has done this with multiple of my other friends harassing them saying rude things to them. I don’t know what this man’s name is but he she be fired immediately before he harasses more customers he’s a rather large white male with black hair.

Just walked past it. I guess if you need to park a car, it's great, but, being on foot made it a bit redundant.

Convenient car parking in the center of Ipswich but small spaces compared to modern car sizes.

As a shopmobility client I always use this car park. Today is the first time I have used the parking on a Sunday so parked in Shopmobility spot again but then found out shopmobility was closed. As the car park was full and there were no other disabled spaces available I left the car with blue badges up in one of the empty shopmobility spaces. I’m surprised that the row of disabled spaces is coned off for shopmobility clients only when the service is closed. Surely the row of disabled bays should be made available to blue badge holders on a Sunday (especially during the festive season!)

Free after 7pm which is great. Lots of spaces. Reasonably easy to maneuver around.

October 2021 there is still maintenance going on in the lift / stair areas in the section under the cinema end. After 9pm you cannot access the lower basement (LB) by lift. The lift at the cinema end does not operate at all after 9pm. But the lift in the other end of the building (near the elevators) does.... although it only goes down to B and not LB. You can still access LB via the stairs but that's no good if you can't use stairs, so park on B and above if you need a lift and will be returning to your vehicle after 9pm.
