Rugby Station Mill Road Car Park

The station is pretty good. Has toilets, inside and outside sitting spaces, 7 platforms but I don't think platform 3 is operational on regular basis. The staff is nice, has exits on both north and south sides but south is the main entrance and exit while north side is often closed and you have to walk arround. You can buy tickets online and use the QR code to get through the gates so no need to print the tickets at station or home.

Great station to use to commute to London.

Always clean and tidy and rest rooms are good.

I don't use Rugby station that often, but the car parking is reasonably priced, particularly at weekends and there are three car parks to choose from including a large multi storey.
Staff friendly as well. I much preferred the old station with it's two through platforms and north and south facing bays, but with the increased traffic on the line through Rugby, extra through platforms were needed. It's a nice station to travel from and it's only 30 minutes drive from my house.

Everything closed after 6pm , not great for evening travel.

The car park is okay close to the station

For a public place, the location is totally wrong, I mean:
* A residential area plus:
* Heavy city traffic navigating pass a single lane under bridge:
* Not nearly enough parking spots:
* Nor stop/drop- pickups points:

To name just a few, I'm sorry Rugby Council Planning have to do much better.

Genuine Virgin/Avanti Team a very positive station atmosphere. Security outstanding public address. Good work even to the WHSmith shop has the pleasent calming setting.

Nice clean and quiet. Only hour to London and less than 30mins to Birmingham. Perfect station to communicate.
