20p for an hour is great....especially in Bury!! It needs markings on the road though...some people dont know it is one-way round the car park

I hadn't used this car park for some years, it used to be cheap for an hours parking in Bury. Wondered why there was plenty of spaces when I used it today, now I know why. Payment machines not working so installed app to pay by mobile but it froze at the payment authorization stage. Apcoa impossible to get hold of. Eventually managed to pay when I got home using their very confusing website. Needless to say I won't be using this car park again.

It did what we needed at a reasonable price

15 min wait to 'pay on exit' meant I was no longer in the free for 30 mins time limit and so had to pay to park. Why the long wait? Only one machine working in the whole car park, and because it's complicated and slow to use it takes ages for each person to check out. Doesn't take cash, Apple pay or Google pay so beware! Won't be using this car park again.

Both payment machines unable to take card or cash. Had to get some Wi-Fi as not on a data package, download app from a site as the QR scan code did not work, register, register car, then register payment card with codes, then pay. It took half an hour to pay £2.50 AND TWO PHONES AS ONE RAN OUT OF BATTERY. NEVER PARK IN THIS PLACE!

Like the new set up, 2hrs free parking, this should help the shops within the town centre to thrive. Three cheers to MSC for sorting this out. We'll done.....👍👍

30 mins free, 10 of which I spent queuing for the only machine working.

Car park is fine and in a good location but the new parking app "Apcoa Connect" is awful
