The shops along the parade that the car park is for are lovely, and you really get a community spirit feel. It is a privately owned car park, monitered by a 3rd party independent car park management company. They are hot on it with managing people parking in the car park itself. As it is privately owned the bins aren't emptied very often and this means there is often rubbish flying around. This isn't very nice for shoppers and businesses owners alike as it detracts from the the overall appearance of the parade. Overall lovely place to visit.
