An open space parking, away from a long parking queue you usually experienced in level parking or mall parking. Very easy access to nearby places like Norwich Theater, Library, Norwich City Council, Market.

They’ve finally added contactless payments. Central and convenient parking. Larger spaces than multi-storey options near by

Machine only takes coins which is very inconvenient when parking charges are so high.
Spaces are very small.

Not many spaces so it gets busy at peak times. However, off-peak it is usually quiet and very convenient for the city centre shops, restaurants, and attractions. A bit expensive if you just want an hour or two.

Huge queues to pay, pay machines out of order. Paying extra hours as a result. Nearly missed a train because we couldn't get to station on time.

COINS ONLY MACHINE. Wardens DO come round so buy a ticket! Very busy car park but is handy for city centre without having to walk far. Mostly used by deliveroo/just eat drivers. Spaces are quite small but there is no height restriction.

Great location, very close to town centre but need some update. Especially pay machines which accept just cash. It would be very helpful to be able to pay by card or via app.

Machine only takes coins. Who has that much change on hand anymore? It’s also a tiny place that isn’t well taken care of — there were branches blocking some of the spaces and rubbish around the payment machine. We left and went to the Forum instead, it has underground parking and takes credit cards! And you don’t have to prepay because they have a ticket system.
