Pay online still get a ticket. No wonder this place always has spots open to park. The customer service is horrible. Called them and they told me I have to do the complaint online. Complain online, now they have to adjudicate it. Sorry, you put your Reg in wrong so even though you paid and showed us you paid, you now owe us 100 GBP.

Used to be cheaper to park here than the main car parks but now is the same price. Usually spaces free. Can pay via RCP parking website.
