Awful service started with the driver putting his coffee on my roof infront of me. ended with damage to my wheel, my dashcam was unplugged, a drink stolen from my car and empty coffee cup left in there. emailed to work out compensation to have my car repaired. silence, no response yet a week later. i will be getting solicitors involved to sue for compensation.

I am writing with regret to inform you that I am most disappointed with your company.
We arrived home a day early on the 24th. I called you at 3pm to state that fact, and you said no problem just call when you arrive out. We then called again, this time you said it was a £30 fee. Eventually you said ok no charge, will be an hour. You eventually arrived 1 hour 40 later. The driver of my car was turning up to level 2 at some speed. This is my car and I would of thought he would take more care. Furthermore it was filthy, had it been in a field????? Also I left 2 x 1 pound coins in the front and they were missing.
I shall be leaving a bad review for your company and advise and friends etc not to use you..

EDIT ** As it turns out CTE is just a comparison company and not the parking company we dealt with, CTE have addressed our complaint.
Original complaint to the service of the parking company below:
'Would not recommend to anyone.
We used this service when returning to Manchester, we called early in anticipation of a wait. We arrived at the specified location. We were told to expect a wait of 25-30 minutes from the phone, what happened in fact was a wait double this. We called 4 times and were hung up on twice! When we asked the driver when he had been summoned, he told us he only found out 15 minutes before arriving - in other words - 30 minutes after our initial call.
To make all this worse, the company had our flight details beforehand and were expecting us to arrive.
If you have time to spare and money to waste, this is a service for you.

Excellent customer service! Always the cheapest price online, I wouldn’t book anywhere else! Have used this website 15+ times now with no problems ever. Meet and greet absolutely fantastic at Manchester airport! So easy and speedy, car always in perfect condition and ready waiting for you when you land. Highly recommend this website and the official Manchester parking :) thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked Meet and Greet from Gatwick, Driver was 15mins late (not a great start to the holiday with children making it stressful at check in). Upon our return took 1hr10 to get the car for a meet and Greet - at one point had the phone put down on us and then continued to lie about when the car would arrive. No apology - beyond ridiculous.

I use Meet and greet parking a few times a year and this is the worst experience. firstly arrived at Heathrow and made me pay for the car park while I waited for someone to pick the car up. The car was valeted the day before, mud now covered the Drivers footwell and boot, drink spillage on dash, exterior wheels covered in mud and under the wings. Worst of all the car was fuelled prior to dropping ready for the journey home, but the car had covered over 200 miles while in secure parking!! When we got home we had a parking fine from Hillingdon district council for £60. When we rang to find out why the car was parked in Blyth road, Hayes for 40mins, apparently the driver went for lunch in the our car!! Very professional. will do what I can to get money back.
£50.60 paid for parking
£7.60 for parking at Heathrow
£18.00 for cleaning
£35.00 fuel used
£60 parking fine
Total cost = £171.20
Lesson learned, check reviews before booking.

There is no customer service with this company. Any service at the airport is provided by other companies they use, not CTE.
Offered a refund due to the Covid situation, but no money received, suspect this was a delay tactic.
The phone no and address on the website is for old offices in Burton on Trent, new Offices are 197 Streetly Rd, Birmingham, B23 7AH. No phone no available.
