Avoid at all costs.
They send you fines even when you have a ticket.
Just appealed to POPLA and they refused my appeal even with the actual ticket.
If you are unable to exit the car park due to it being busy in the summer you need to buy a new ticket.
We couldn't move due to cars parked incorrectly; and the car park being absolutely chocca.
We had a ticket, we tried to leave on time and could not.
We now have a £100 fine; DO NOT PARK HERE - YOU WILL BE SENT A FINE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PARKING TICKET.
The initially fine was vs having no ticket; when I provided the ticket I kept; they changed the fine to overstay time of 20 minutes when we simply couldn't drive out due to cars waiting.
AVOID unless you want to spend £100 for 1hr.
Read online for Parking Eye its flooded with incorrect fines.

Parked here on 21/02/2022 Didn't have any cash with us so opted to pay by card which was refused, plenty of money in bank so wasn't an issue there, didn't have any other means to pay. On our return home we received a £60 parking fine which we disputed and was told conditions were met and the fine would have to be payed. Take note of the other reviews on here, keep your ticket and make sure you pay the parking charge.
On another note, car park full of potholes and is in need of major resurfacing, maybe they should use some of their extortionate charges to pay for the upkeep of their car park and make sure their ticket machine works effectively as not many people carry cash all the time.

Pay and display easy enough to operate, but why no expiry time? Surface uneven an no lines, so not obvious where to park. Toilets at thr beach end

Easy and convenient for the beach. Not too expensive.
Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for only one pay point working.

AVOID! Demands card-only payment so I paid £1 for an hour at the machine which confirmed the purchase on screen but didn't issue a ticket/receipt. Just been slapped with a £60 fine so the machine clearly wasn't working but there's no way of knowing. It's a shame as it seems a convenient point to take (less mobile) relatives to the sea but I can't afford to come back here.

As with most pay and displays you can pay online, if you can get a connection and when the area network is busy it can be quite a while, don't take the chance here either, the cameras really do work, to a lot of people's peril, who think they have paid via the app when it hasn't actually gone through.
There is an over spill carpark/field but don't count on this being open even on a bank holiday, I'm not 100% sure who runs this parish council etc, but please open it.
the main carpark is bursting and just increases traffic in the village due to people continually driving around to find a space.

ABERSOCH GOLF CLUB & BEACH CAR PARK

June 2021 - We visited Abersoch as part of our holiday in Wales.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We used the Abersoch golf club and beach pay & display car park, thinking we’d use paid parking rather than risking going over the time limited on-street parking bays. We were doing the right thing or so we thought.

We saw the parking signs, read the terms, entered our car registration and we paid cash for 4 hours but left 1hr and 34 minutes later. On our return home we were met with a parking fine for £100 but we had no proof that we had paid as our visit had been 10 days earlier.

There’s such an awful scam going on here and it appears to have been going on persistently for at least 5 years according to reviews. Are there no regulations to prevent these fraudsters?

We distinctly remember buying the ticket as the characters on the keypad of the parking machine were SO worn that it was extremely difficult to decipher them. Everyone was struggling, it caused a queue of people at the machine.

Abersoch Golf Club and Parking Eye, you should both be ashamed of yourselves. You are working together to scam tourists who have saved up for a bit of a holiday and respite after such a traumatic 18 months of COVID pandemic.

An absolute disgrace to both Abersoch and Wales. AVOID this car park at all costs, the companies involved are dishonest. They will send you a fine even if you had a valid ticket displayed.
