Don't bother getting a parking pass they fine you anyway..... Then refuse your appeal. 🙄

If you are looking to get a permit to park as a resident or commuter, you can contact the Gwynedd council and get one for £70 for the year. At least that's how much it was when we got one. No real trouble getting the permit and while it was arriving in the post we were given a code in the meantime that worked. Looking at cars around, lots of people have permits as well. It can get busy and you may find yourself driving in circles waiting for someone to leave.
