Excellent car park just near the Conwy Castle.

Well located car park for the town and castle. Lots of parking spaces, plus toilets and a little cafe in the middle.

Main complaint was the parking machines which wouldn't take cards when we visited (only cash or pay by phone).

Parking is fairly reasonable (under £5 for more than four hours).

CONWY CASTLE : BEWARE Ticket machines don't do contactless !
The costs was £3:30 for 4 hours so a fair price. The Car Park has toilets and a small shop so this is very handy for many. REMEMBER to bring cash or you have to pay by phone!

Reasonably priced, but advertised as taking card and none of the card machines work - some are out of order and some that don't say out of order just prompt you to put change in with no card option. Website for paying is poor, app worked but does not accept Google pay, PayPal or similar - very inconvenient.

Plenty of space relatively cheap , toilets and cafe. For the car park I recommend cash/coins as the card readers don’t work and the other option is to pay by phone after downloading an app.

Good car park, plenty of room to park and not too expensive. There are toilets and a little snack shop which is handy. It's not a long walk into the town either.

Ticket machine did not accept credit cards. Local council needs to sort this out with more maintenance

The car park itself is great. Very good value for a full day's stay. Enjoyed our whole day but what really let it down was extremely rude old lady who works at the food hut. Who decided to approach us when we got back to our car at lunchtime after we had visited the castle. We had brought a picnic with us as we had a baby and young child and we had parked where there was a bench. So as we was organising ourselves ready for our walk around the bay. My 4 year old son sat down to eat his food whilst I sorted my.8 month old son in his pram. My partner also sat drinking a non alcoholic larger and a sandwich, to be approached by this woman in a rude manner saying we will have her closed down and we were to move onto the next table as these were for the customers. Bare in mind we was the only ones there. So we moved and she came over again and told us to go. I said there are no signs up anywhere . I appreciate its a business but there really is no need to speak to anyone in that manner. The best bit was she then stood smoking where all the food was .
Found that very contradictory.
