Ticket machine nearest the station is not working, and to buy online you have only the option to buy a season ticket. Really frustrating and unfair on rail users.

Bloody awful NCP website, plus the 2 actual ticket machines situated at Bangor Station were not working, I then tried to use the NCP mobile app,that too doesn't allow me to purchase a day ticket for £4.50 for the pleasure of parking my car there overnight!! But of course the option to purchase a seasonal parking ticket was available?!Bloody awful and useless NCP!NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

Could not find reference to free 20 minutes for rail users online. Don't trust NCP machines to be functional so paid an unnecessary £4.25 daily fee upfront before arriving and seeing sign with free 20 mins in car park. Wonder why no mention of this online??? Privatisation, like Brexit is the gift that keeps on taking.
