Cardiff Airport Meet & Greet Parking

Service is good. But the 1st barrier gate on the right is not recognising the number plate and open. So we have to go through the barrier gate on the left, by taking a card, go around to the terminal , turn and come back and exit through the barrier gate and turn left.

So complicated, not needed at the time to take a flight.

Could you kindly make it user friendly please.

Good on the way out. A bit of a shock on way back, as was told where car might be. Had to find it ourselves. At 12.30 am in the morning, it's not funny.

I timed my pickup of family in this area and was there for almost exactly 4 minutes. The barrier would not let us out stating we had 'exceeded the stay' which was completely incorrect. This caused havoc with cars waiting behind while I had to walk and pay for the hour. Also made me look careless which I was not in any way. Failed by their systems so please be warned.

The nicest bunch of guys you will find at an airport parking place. Nice one

First and last time I make use of them. Someone tampered with my bike rack, my seat settings were changed, my mirror settings were changed, my steering wheel settings were changed, my radio station was changed and my very pedantic Audi Bang & Olufson sound settings were changed. Would not be surprised if someone went on a joy ride with my vehicle.

Poorly signposted, both finding and leaving. A shame because there was no hassle otherwise!
