Beach Road East Pay & Display Car Park

Lovely parking but - we have a motorhome and none of the car parks are motorhome friendly, having barriers that are too low. We understand that they don't want overnight parking, but simply state that on the display notice and that a fine will be given. Its unfair to penalise responsible motorhome owners. We pay more road tax than cars and would like to park and enjoy our outing too.

It's a car park. An open area in front of the beach to leave the car while you spend time eating fish and chips or on the beach. Don't forget to pay for a parking ticket at the machine, or you might get a fine.

No pay app on the machines but at least can pay by card. Needs some tidying up as blown sand banks had blocked off a number of parking spaces.

Really nice place eat you lunch and just watch the sea

A good place to park for a walk along the prom and to access the sandy beach, further west you reach the sand dunes with stretches of boarded walks.
A welcome ice cream van was giantly plying for trade in the driving rain.
