Well done local authority for extending car parking charges to later in the day. On the times I called to the businesses at this location it was viable that the footfall was below normal and the car park was emptier until 9pm when charges ceased. Masterstroke to help businesses for a short term small gain. Yet more council small mindedness.

The carparking spaces are very tight for modern cars and the ticket machines don't work with a credit card payment, only cash. The views are brilliant, the whole of Swansea Bay. Parking costs £6 for all day, or £4 for three to four hours, cash only.

Ideally situated for walking, sea gazing and cycling. Level access throughout. Play area close by, e cycle hire and fresh sea food cabin. Oystermouth Town and shopping within walking distance, and Bracelet bay and the lifeboat station a nice walk away.

6 quid for the day, lovely area, beautiful scenery and Ty Cwrw pub over the road. Left the car overnight and picked it up first thing in the morning. What more could I want?

Nice car park with cafes near by. Easy to pick up coastal path. Free for blue badge holders.
