Portsdown Hill Viewpoint

If the sun had been out it would of been 5 stars, lol. Awesome views. Good for walkers , dog walkers and runners. Good view of the Isle of Wight.

Great place to park up and chill out to sit and watch Portsmouth at night. We went to watch the fireworks at Southsea. It was very busy so if you are going up there to watch anything similar be early! There is a fantastic burger van up there that sells really tasty food at excellent prices.

You can't beat a Route 66 burger on top of Portsdown hill..top spot to visit

If you look down (to your feet) then you can see Portsdown Hill from here. If you look South then you can sometimes see Portsmouth, Gosport and the Isle of Wight.

There are certain times when you can't see the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Gosport. If you find that is the case then it may well be raining or possibly foggy.

Car park with a good view over Portsmouth. No toilet facilities.
