Not hard to sew why they got a 1 star review. Dreadful customer service and have a general email sent to everyone no matter what the appeal is. To rejected the claim, my son who is 6 months old was being violently sick. So can understand why my wife didn't think about an overstay. Corrupt company, could have told them my whole family died that day. No remorse or common courtesy.

These guys are will try it on any, which way… I got a court order £300.00 claim six years after the the supposed infringement. During which time I moved address, some four years ago now in new address. I wonder how they found my address as we’ve not owned the car for 5 years. Anyway, I requested photographic evidence and the photo exiting the car park was very vague. Couldn’t see numberplate at all. They just employ bully tactics expecting you to pay. Legal letter, after legal letter. Even a without prejudice £150 pound settlement out of court. But I dug in and wanted my day in court. They eventually dropped the case. I’m now challenging them over data protection, I’ve a feeling they’ve found my personal data unlawfully… Let’s see.

I got 50 pound parking charge letter from your company. I really disappointed about that, just 39 minute I did shopping in Edmonton Green. I got coffee From Costa then I did shoping in center. I dont understand why you are charging car park for shoping center customer?? I will contact all store of Edmonton Green and make complaint about you!

Absolute joke. Ive been issued with a parking fine for parking in the carpark where i work with a vaild parking permit. Incident happened on th 2nd october 2022 yet it took them 8 days to issue the ticket. Hmmmm something definitely dogey with this company. Its going to be cancelled by the owners lf the carpark anyway. STOP PENALISING MY STAFF WHO ALSO HAVE HAD TICKETS WITH A VALID PARKING PERMIT

Company is a scam cannot call or email. Do not pay any fines they have no legal grounds to pursue it. It’s a selfish exploitive money making scheme. They illegally fined my disabled mother.

My husband just got a letter through saying he stayed in Yate car park for 6 hours when he dropped me off and then came back 6 hours later to pick me up from work! Absolutely useless money making system when they clearly would have seen him going again and coming back! Gonna get this written off by security because it's completely FALSE.

My wife literally gave birth whilst parked in a highview car park next to the hospital. The hospital gave us a permit for free parking and have even said they don't want to chase the ticket, but Highview have still sent bailiffs after us and are threatening legal action.
Highview.... YOUR CLIENT HAS CEASED CHASING THE PCN!! ITS CANCELLED!! GO GET YOUR DIRTY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I visited Beacon Retail Park in Milton Keynes for shopping and then because of several minutes of overstaying without sending the PCN, they have eventually charged me over £200 including debt recovery and other charges! Please avoid going to this business retail park. I think we have to altogether boycott this business retail park. this greedy parking operator should be kicked out of the site by the landowner. That's unfair to charge own paid customers with some extra cost. I will never go there anymore.😠
