Booked because of the good reviews, DON'T be fooled rude, abrupt and impertinent staff, booked for two cars no one checked either car for damage even after being asked to do so, was told just fill the form out and we'll be on our way, on our return they lost one of the cars, kept waiting some 40 mins in total after an exhausting 6 hour flight, wont be using again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend this company. If was you would stay way. Very unfriendly, unprofessional and the doughiest meet and greet parking firm I’ve ever come across. Please triple check this firm before booking with them. They will damage your property and will take zero responsibility and will lie and lie. Won’t even give you theirs names or anything. Shocking shocking. Keep away please don’t waste your time and add unwanted stress. They are very unprofessional people & have unsafe locations.

Never use these guys! Took my campervan off quickly, but on return from our holiday, our flight was delayed by an hour. I rang them to inform them of this. Then rang once we picked up our bags and waited for 40 minutes for them to arrive. We were charged £20 extra - we spoke to the manager twice as had no cash or card to withdraw cash (and the fact that they wanted £20 for a delayed flight when the van had been there a week seemed ridiculous). Bank details were provided to make a bank transfer to "Airport Meet And Greet Ltd" which was bogus it seems as it was declined 3 times. So then the manager said to pay into the driver's personal account. We had no choice as he was threatening to leave with my key. The van had clearly been used to sit in as my pillows and seating/bedding area were in a used state and not as I had left it. Just to top it off, my covid tests (2 boxes) also went missing...I leave these in there because I need them for my job as I deal with vulnerable adults. Absolute shambles and very rude and unprofessional.

I absolutely would not recommend this company, had to hand our keys to someone in a car with no id who then gave our keys to someone else whose face was completely hidden in a hoodie who just turned up in a lift also with no id. Had to sign a waiver so I couldn't claim any damage. Spoilt holiday worrying about my car which predictably came back scratched and my friend's had money stolen from the glove compartment.

Booking reference JPM 79352. I dropped my car off undamaged. When I returned earlier than my scheduled pick up I called and gave 30 minutes notice as per my booking requirements. The chap on the phone berated me for being early and said I’d have to wait an hour for the car. I reminded him I was the customer. He was very irate on the phone and swore as he hung up on me. I was livid and tried to call back. No answer. Another chap called me back apologising for his colleagues behaviour and promised the car in 20 minutes. When I picked up my car on level 5 car park 6 North Terminal Gatwick, my car was severely damaged and it was very fresh. The driver denied all knowledge of the issue and I have been trying to get a response from them since but they ignore calls and stonewall me. I have contacted the booking agent who refuses to furnish me with the company address and land line number. The booking was via Just Park Me. DO NOT USE.
