Freedom Weekends

We booked a trip to Barcelona for 6 hens. It was so easy from start to finish. Our package was ideal at a very competitive price and included, accommodation, bar crawl on the first night, catamaran cruise on day 2 and VIP entry on day 2 with transfers to and from the airport (not the flights, which is clearly stated prior to booking).

When booking, payments can be made individually meaning you dont get confused with who pays what and once we all paid our itinery was sent over. All the attendees could see exactly what was included but you also had the option to not show certain people the intinery (e.g the birde to be!)

Once we got to barcelona i was pleasently surprised that our weekend guide had already wassaped me to check the plane landed ok and that our taxi should be waiting outside the gate, which it was! Freedom supplied all the contact details anyway so we could call them, but this definately save me a job! She was there outside the accommodation where the taxi dropped us off, ready to help us check in.

All the suppliers in Barcelona were great from Shameer who was our bar crawl guide, who was there when we needed him, but also happy to take a step back when we were enjoying the night. To Alyona our weekend guide who wassaped us directions anywhere we wanted to see in Barcelona and reccommended what to see and where to eat.

Everything went smoothly to plan and was easier than i imagined. As an event and conference organiser myself, i can say i would be more than happy to reccommend Freedom to any of my friends, family or clients!

I recently arranged my sisters hen party in Barcelona and used Freedom Events to arrange some activities. The activities we arranged with Freedom were absolutely brilliant - especially the cocktail making! The host was so lovely, he really knew his stuff and we got to make quite a few very boozy cocktails (no limits on the amount of alcohol we could use either, so it offered brilliant value for money). The whole process was stress free, from choosing and booking the activities to actually doing them when we arrived in Barcelona! We were very well taken care of and I really liked the fact that we were able to book activities with a low overall deposit and then everybody have access to the booking to make their own payments. It was also very handy to be able to pay in instalments! I would definitely book through Freedom Events again and would recommend you to my friends!

The staff at Freedom were absolutely amazing from start to finish in arranging the evening entertainment for my sisters Hen party.

We were a group of 11 and attended the cabaret. The show and the acts were great. The venue was perfect, the staff there were very helpful. The buffet food was just enough. We all had a great time.

I will be definitely booking through Freedom again.

If I could give less than a star, I would. We organised a large hen party (40+ people) for our friend and Freedom was delighted to take our business, but once the deposit was paid, any and all assistance ended. It got so bad that it ruined the bridesmaids weekend. If it wasn’t for the hotel in London (Leonardo Royal London City) we would have had to tell over 20 hens (coming from abroad) to organise their own accommodations even though we had already paid and confirmed. Freedom messed up and left us to constantly make calls chasing them in vein, in the end we simply had to beg hotel staff to help us. It was an absolute disgrace. I was up the walls and completely unable to enjoy the weekend. Lauren specifically was was extremely rude and unhelpful. In fact one of the bridesmaids is still waiting for her to call back with a resolution. Avoid them at absolute all costs. Red Cactus Events are brilliant.

Used this company to book my friends hen weekend in Manchester, everything was perfect. We had a 2 night stay in the hotel with breakfast included, a nightclub on the Friday night, cocktail making on the Saturday and an escape room on the Sunday, the hotel was in the city centre right beside the nightclubs and everything was within walking distance! The whole weekend was great and very well priced!

An amazing experience made possible for us by Freedom Events. They were terrific with the flexibility of rebooking during this covid period, our event had to be postponed twice due to restrictions but these guys were amazing throughout! Shout out to Lauren who took charge of our booking! 5 stars ⭐️

Booked and planned for 25 to go to Cardiff in August - could not of been as successful without the help of Karen,Emma and your team at Freedom!

Everything planned went ahead with no issues and honestly made my life allot easier, even when I needed help with changes or people changing they could not of made the process any easier for me.

Would not use anyone going forward when needing to plan a day or weekend away!

Cardiff was brilliant, considering lock down and all other complications that come with Covid - I can not thank the freedom enough for making it all happen.

Booked a Hen Party (quite last minute as no-one had actually planned anything), everything seemed to be going well, the person dealing with it, was very helpful. The night of the Hen Party we get to the venue, they have no record of us being booked. The venue even said they don't deal with Freedom much anymore. Thankfully the venue were amazing and turned the night around for us. Will not be using Freedom again!!!
