The shop is so very well kept. The two female colleagues at work on Thursday were friendly and professional.

You could pick a theme and get everything you need for it in this shop.

Well merchandised and the prices are reasonable too

Very very disappointed with the non existent customer service from this shop. Please do not purchase anything unless you are 100% sure it is the same as what is advertised on the packaging. I purchase a clear balloon which was advertised as being a certain size, after blowing up at home the size did not match what was described by a matter of 10-12 inches! I took it back only to be told it was non refundable which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Will not be returning and will not be passing on recommendations for our company to utilise.

Bought balloons for my son’s 18th and they deflated very quickly. Called the store, very rude customer services. Will not buy from this company again. Absolutely shocking! Don’t waste your money.

Bought two helium baloons. Less than an bour later, one went bang. It was not roughly treated. I think it had been overfilled. I rang them to arrange a replacement. They said it was not their problem and they refused to replace it. Rude, disgraceful customer service. We will not use this shop again!

They charged twice £30, then I messaged and called the boss.. now they ignoring my messages.

What an incredibly poor level of customer service you get from this place. We purchased a helium balloon yesterday which popped less than three hours later. Shop will not replace it as it is not possible for the balloon to be faulty.

The customer service this morning was absolutely shocking. First the staff lie and say the manager is not on site and not available. However to my surprise there he is and well was not helpful, understanding or respectful at all! I spend a lot at this shop but to be treated like this well puts a bad taste in my mouth.
