The Glowhouse

I have been buying from the glow house for a number of years but have since had issue with the owner.
On arriving at the glow house today. It's a small track and there were 4 cars parked along it making it very nearly a single track. After turning into the road and driving half way up, a car decided to force it's way through on our side of the road. Pulling to the left and stuffing the kerb was the only way to avoid it.
The driver of the car then stopped, and stuck his car in reverse, blocking us between a red luton style van, before getting out and approaching our car and asking us if we had a problem.
Guess who... the company owner!
It's the kind off agressive and badly thought out behaviour I would expect from the dregs of society.
I will no longer be dealing with them.

I ordered 2kg soy wax for 17 pound with free delivery they charged me 24.94 and that was over 10 days ago they have said they have refunded me in full. It hasn't returned yet, I wont use your site again. I'll use candle making supplies in mexborough 5kg same price as your 2kg.

I bought 3 childrens rorating disco lights. A total waste of money. One light very very slowly turns with a liud grinding noise. Another starts and stops with little or no light
And the third is just rubbish. In the dark you see a small flicker of light.

I ordered my package to come a month ago and it is not here so I have most likely been scanned , I have sent 3 messages and have had no response! What ever you do do not order from here you should go to Amazon!
