I had my baby shower a few days ago and I was very happy with the products I received. I wanted to thank my friends for coming to my special day and what I received was a chocolate bar for each of my friends and each chocolate bar wrapper had was personalised to each and every friend. They were amazed and loved that I have thought of each of them individually. I had to choose a neutral theme as I am unsure of what sex I am expecting and their ranges are fantastic. Will be recommending. Thank you.

Wow... speedy delivery and well packaged with bubble wrap to minimise possible damage during delivery (Some of my order was quite fragile). They certainly are experts in matching Baby Shower decorations and games which came with easy to understand rules. The balloons and table stuff were of good quality and I also ordered 'Mum to Be' and 'Granny to Be' sashes in matching pink! Definitely gonna order the Christening Decs and gifts from here! PS I made a mistake with my ordering - spelling on sash...a very polite girl called my mobile to check before printing!

Fantasic Site, recently organised a surprise baby shower for my wife and Babies Babies had everything I could possibly need. As I am not very aware of what to do at a baby shower I called the company and they talked me through the whole process and gave me advice on everything I would need. The shower was a success and it will be remembered by my wife and her friends for a very long time. I will be telling all my friends to go to Babies Babies when they have a baby shower. Five star - highly reconmmend.

I will not be ordering from here again put an order in on the 15th may expecting delivery 3 days later told them I needed everything by 1st June at the very latest we are now on the 4th and I still haven't received any of my items they have took my money and because of this I have had to cancel the party and everything else was wasted we are not happy at all and I will be taking this further as I have tried to call them and got no answer and emailed them and nothing I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I can't put this up without it

I'd say shocking customer service but the fact is i didnt receive any service at all so its more... Zero customer service!!

I Placed an order for a party game for our baby gender reveal.

The website stated (and still states) the item is in stock so i placed an order 5 days prior to the party and paid for next day delivery. 3 days later (Wednesday) no goods had arrived so I emailed to ask what was happening...No response. I tried to call....No answer.

I tried again on Thursday and Friday with no luck.

Then on Friday Afternoon (the day before the party). I get an email from world pay telling me I would be receiving a refund for my order. Still no email from the company direct.

So in the end I'm not sure what happened or why the goods weren't shipped. There might be a good reason or it may just have been a mistake but due to zero communication I'll never know.

Based on this I'd steer well clear of this shop or you may end up disappointed the day before your event. At which point it might be too late to find an alternative.
