Horrible service.

I went on halloween weekend to get 3 balloons inflated with helium and although they said they normally do it they wouldn't take them because they were busy. Even when I said I needed them for tonight and I could leave them with them during the whole day in case they had a gap. There were 3 people working and absolutely no so busy for not sparing few minutes to do the job.

Very disappointing.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the kind and polite lady who was working here today! She absolutely saved my behind. The shop was only open for click and collect orders due to Covid 19 but I turned up out of the blue without an order to pick up and the lady still served me. I strongly recommend this shop as it stands out and the staff are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to serve a customer like me who was in a hurry and who had been desperately searching for a number 5 helium balloon. Thank You so much for your help!

Not a great customer experience here. Sold a defective item and then told that because of Covid I couldn't return it. Had to point out that I was told I could return it when I purchased it if there was a problem with it and to be fair they did refund me but I had to point out to them that they told me I could return it and it was the same person at the counter who sold me the item originally and told me I could bring it back. Sadly this was not an experience that makes me want to return so I won't be visiting again any time soon.

Really good experience, called them up, placed the order, collected perfectly. All during a lockdown! If you have an important birthday during the lockdown, they will bring some cheer :)

My order never arrived paid extra for delivery ive emailed no reply. Left message on youre page nothing back very disappointed over 2 weeks later still nothing no reply or even a refund disgusting service

Visited today and got everything I needed for a hen do. Decent value and good range of stuff. Helpful service.

Would leave less than one star if possible. Poor poor service. My advice would be not to offer a postal service if you are not able to do this 😕
