I was just there today, I had a great experience, with that nice sales person, I think Paula said it was her name. She was very friendly and helpful.
I recommend H&T for a nice experience and where you don't feel uncomfortable or out of place.

Hi I was in the store today and quality customer service provided by a lady called Paula look for her she really know to do the job and to talk with the costumer

this is the happiest day of my life - because in your store they helped us a lot. Specialist Oksana was simply sent from God. I thank her very much for this work. You success and prosperity.

Called up Sunday afternoon to check they were open,
Told the lady I wanted to pawn a diamond ring,
No problem she said so I went to the shop,
After checking the ring out,
I was told " Sorry, The valuation team don't work on Sundays "
I said I had called up and checked, but just got told to "Come back tomorrow "
I asked if between 5 and 6pm was ok,
Lady said , that was fine.
So after work on Monday, returned to the shop, presented the ring, then was told
"Sorry, valuation team finish at 5pm"
I explained what had happened the day before,
But was just met with a blank stare
And shrugging shoulders,
The manager then came over,
And bluntly said, "What can we do" ..

Maybe train your staff, and sort your attitudes out, would be a good start.

The sales assistant that I spoke to on the telephone talked over me for the duration of the call, completely misinforming me. She later phoned with completely contradictory infomation (having checked with head office for some unexplained reason). I asked for a call back from the manager the following day (when she returned to work). Instead a different sales assistant called me. No attempt was made to find out why I was dissatisfied. Would not put me through to the store manager who, she said, was refusing to speak to me as my issue was being dealt with by head office.

Both sales assistants came across as arrogant and as the manager wouldn't even speak to me, I can only assume that she was completely disinterested.
