I went in recently and was served by the lovely Rhina. I explained to her I was looking for, and she assisted me in finding something so much better than what I expected. She is so friendly and attentive. I think this may be my new favourite spot for jewellery! Thanks to the amazing Rhina!

I went to the Chalk Farm branch where I met the lovely Rhina, Joanna & Aurora. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. As a struggling student, I didn’t know how or where to raise some money. After speaking to the team they walked me through how I could pawn an item in my possession. They gave me an amount that I was looking for and I will definitely come again if the occasion arises! Thanks again :)
