Cannot thank them enough.
I ordered some foreign currency on a Click and Collect service. However when I went to collect yesterday the currency wasn't in due to an error. They offered me a full refund but it was a Birthday Gift. The manager offered to get the currency today and even dropped it off at my place of work for me as a gesture of good will.
Thank you again, I will definitely come to you to order my currency.
Great customer service in something that could have been a disaster.

Current spot price of fine 999 gold £48.60 per gram.

Offered £22 per gram. I understand they have to make profit but that is a rip off.

If you want a better price look elsewhere.

Second time to their store yesterday, sadly I don't know the lady's name who served me but she was absolutely amazing! I have difficulty finding bracelets for my wrist size and she went out of her way to find me alternatives as she didn't have any in my size. Staff are always lovely in there and big thanks to her!
