Went for a Xmas panto. Staff were all helpful and friendly and the show was great. There is free onsite parking which goes quickly so leave plenty of time to arrive. There is a bar and snack shop along with a small dinner service for pre-show dining. I would not recommend eating or drinking in the local area outside of the theatre.

I used public transport coming from Essex, and found it so easy to get too.
A bright, well laid out building, in a park, with plenty of parking, I don't know if there's parking fees. Good disabled access. Large restaurant and bar in the building with friendly, helpful staff. Easy to enter the theatre and exit at the end of the performance. For the ladies out there, more toilets are available than at West End theatres....would definitely recommend this theatre, and would gladly return.

Extremely arrogant and rude staff to work with. Extremely rude. We got over 150 complaints from the patrons watching the show that the staff was EXTREMLY rude. Not at all co-operative. Would never ever return back to this theatre. Sadly a venue which is so good but just not meant for productions who want to make things work and work creatively towards performing arts.

A wonderful theatre, friendly staff, lovely surroundings, a bar, also outside seating area which is great for sunny weather. Tiered seats in most rows except front few, so views of stage are good. I would have given The Beck 5 stars, but the restaurant has now closed, I’m a bit upset about that as used to enjoy a nice relaxing meal before a show, and really liked my last meal, it’s a real shame that went.

We were at the Drifters concert last night and it was as spectacular as always. However, slightly marred by the intrusion onto the stage by a few alcohol fuelled 'young women'.
I would like to congratulate ALL staff who dealt with the situation swiftly and calmly. Also those staff who were stopping people from videoing the show.
We'll definitely be back sometime.

We were there for an event, and had set up a food stall at the Becks Theatre. It was our first time working at this venue, and we hope it wont be our last!

The staff last night were incredible. Each member who was on shift yesterday, were so hospitable and kind. With each issue and query we had, they went above and beyond to help us out.

Cannot fault them at all. Amazing staff, and an amazing theatre.

Best,

I drove for 40 minutes to attend to Whitney Houston’s show and when I arrived there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and I kept waiting for half an hour and no one showed up. My tickets worth more than 100£ and I missed a lot of the show. Eventually I had to get inside by myself and no one checked my tickets

If i could give the new years punjabi concert, 8 january 0 stars i would.
The event was a total joke.
From not starting on time to the line up , how on earth do you not know the words to a song that you have to keep looking at your phone
Total joke and waste of time & money for this event.
