The Leatherhead Theatre

It’s a small theatre compared to others. Needs renovation interms for seats / screen / stage / facilities etc. ideal for small social events / award shows. Car park is limited however you can park in the public car park close by.

This theatre is set in a 1960s time warp, old concrete decor, split warn out uncomfortable seats and lacks friendly appeal, every time I visit I swear never again . Good shows but poor surroundings . It desperately needs a decor and seat upgrade if it is to survive the local competition .

I remember coming here about 12 years ago and the seats didn't have enough leg room. This visit was much better and I had room to stretch my legs a bit more. My only issue, as in most venues, was the length of the queue for the ladies. The ROH Diamond Celebration live stream was amazing though. Cafe provided decent coffee.

I was at the Theatre to see the British Theatre Academy's production of Seussical Jnr. It was a very enjoyable performance. The seats had loads of room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good venue, nice coffee and clean toilets. Great show (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs) Loads of high energy audience participation and a sense that everyone was genuinely enjoying themselves. A lovely Christmas treat! Sure there are more good shows to follow...

We had an amazing time at the panto this year, full of laughter and fun for all the family. I thought my daughter wouldnt enjoy it as much as she is getting older but she had a brilliant time and can't wait until we go again next year. Definitely recommended - it's become part of our Xmas tradition

We did wimbledon this year ( snowwhite ) never again dangerous venue lack of health and safety poor amount of staff queuing
we cannot express how amazing the show was the cast interacted really well with the audience they got us all to join in plenty of light to see whilst getting back to your seat unlike wimbledon where your risk breaking your neck falling from a balcony in the pitch black with no staff to navigate you
we are so sad to hear that there is a risk of closure please do support your local theatre our family have spend years visiting expensive theatre to come here this year was a privilege as the cast and production done amazing best panto we have seen in years please do visit and let's support this amazing place thanks again Leatherhead for an amazing night of giggles the kids are absolutely buzzing and we are all still singing to the funny songs absolute pleasure to visit cant wait to be back in the new year
