The Perfume Shop Cheapside London

Excellent customer service! Both girls were lovely; I was tended to by Hannah mostly and she was so helpful and attentive. She listened to what I would like, what scents I like, she looked up perfumes that I may like and suggested different scents. I sniffed the whole store and at no point did she make me feel that I was annoying or a burden. Loved what I got and will definitely go back there whenever I need a perfume :) Thank you!

I spoke to a gentleman on the phone called Fabiano, even though i have not met him in person i can clearly say he is one of the most helpful and generous person i have ever come across. He went the extra mile for me to listen to a complaint i had in another store. We definitely need more people like Fabiano. Thank you so much for all your help Fabiano, your amazing.

Went in today and was served by a nice gentleman who was extremely helpful and patient. I was after aftershave and perfume but had no idea what I wanted besides that, he patiently showed me samples of loads of different options within my price range and eventually found 2 that I wanted. Extremely helpful and great service, I don’t know his name but it was around 2:30 on Thursday and 10th of November.

Fabiano is an absolute legend, went in there looking for a fragrance perfect for me and a beginner getting into the perfume scene, and this really nice Brazilian named Fabiano took me through a journey of smells and was very patient, after 2 hours I found my scent and went with it, I’ll keep which perfume that is too myself. Fabiano you are a legend.

I went to the perfume shop in Cheapside on three occasions, and I must say that on this occasions, I was treated with utmost respect from Christine and Mohammed. They are very professional and extremely helpful, Christine is very friendly and Mohammed was very polite. Unlike the other two older women that seems quite rude and not professional, they are acting like I came to beg for stuff an irritated by me for some reasons. They need to either change their job if they are tired or be nice to customers no matter who they are! Thanks once again to Christine and Mohammed for their professionalism, they deserve a promotion!

The staff here couldn't do enough to help, very knowledgeable about their fragrances too.
