I was told that should the product not be suitable I could return the goods for a full refund.

Unfortunately I did purchase the wrong fragrance whilst trying to be helpful and getting my husbands mother her perfume, I took the product back.

I was basically told that they don't offer a refund and a credit note was the best they could offer, despite being told several days earlier that if it was the wrong one that it could be returned as long as it was unopened and in its original condition.

The negative review however is based on the fact that the manager was extremely unhelpful and stated that I was only returning the item because I just changed my mind.

after visiting the shop today and making a purchase of a beautiful red bag and enjoy a little banter with two lovely ladies i would like to say thankyou ....such a pleasant place to visit

Good service but it always feels a bit awkward for me. I bought a perfume recently and they were happy to help me find what I was looking for.

Fabulous independent store that really gives the personal touch. I bought a few bottles of perfume there yesterday and had a lovely chat with the lady who served me about perfumes from years ago!

I don't know her name but she was so very helpful and a pleasure to talk to so I will definately be returning although I live in Leicestershire. Definately worth supporting a small shop who works hard to maintain excellent customer service.

Bought a beautiful Radley purse staff excellent X went to buy perfume asked for advice the blonde haired lady had an attitude no advice help given I left feeling very very unhappy X disgusted with her customer service skills needs re training X looked at me like I could not afford it !!! Was a cash paying customer will definitely never buy from them again X very disappointed
