Have had amazing results with StrengthRocks, through 1:1 Personal Training I have lost 3st, dropped 3 dress sizes, run a half marathon and am stronger than I have ever been. I've now switched to the Boost Programme which means I can train more often and still get the personal attention to reach my new goals.
Alex is a fantastic, supportive, motivating trainer. Whatever your current level of fitness, he will adapt the programme, so you get what you need to meet your personal goals. The other clients are all really friendly and encouraging. Also working with Jill, the Sprots Therapist, I have been able to work through any little niggles before they become serious, keeping me going.
Cannot recommend StrengthRocks highly enough whatever your goals; whether you are looking to start your fitness journey, or to build strength for an up coming event.

I have been training with Alex for the last 5 months, first with bootcamp and now with the Boost programme. My fitness and strength have improved massively and the weight is steadily dropping off. The group sessions have been challenging, varied and fun. Setting goals has helped keep me motivated and reach my full potential. I would highly recommend StrengthRocks to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness or train for an event.

I have worked with Al on the Boost programme for the last two months and I absolutely love it! I am already feeling so much fitter, healthier and more body confident and working with Al is fantastic. I've never worked with PT before, always exercised and needed to get motivated again. Joined Alex's Boost Programme and am loving it! The classes are challenging, different ever session and have definitely motivated me to get back into an exercise regime. I would definitely recommend Alex and Strengthrocks

Strength Rocks is like no other training. The care and attention to detail that Alex gives is amazing. It’s truly personalised for any shape any size! Motivating you to stay on track whilst avoiding injuries. And the best thing is that we have fun along the way!

I started off doing Bootcamp then moved into PT and am now doing the Boost programme. I can honestly say that at the age of 41 I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been. Al is so inspirational and pushes you to get the results that you want. The Boost programme has such a great community feel and it's great to work with other people and to encourage each other along on our journeys. Would highly recommend.
