I have been training with Matt for the past 3 months and he has been 10 out of 10. My goal was to feel comfortable in the gym and have a better understanding of how to do workout. Matt has helped me to grow in confidence and knowledge. He has helped me to work exercise into my routine and set achievable goals. 100% recommend Matt - he’ll meet you where you’re at and push you forward!

I wanted to work with a trainer because I was feeling old for my age and run down. I also needed some accountability and support as I could never find the time to exercise.

Matt’s training has helped me to lose weight and improve my energy levels. I feel more able and confident to do more in life. I regularly exercise by myself and go for hikes with friends - things that I would have never have done before.

I can’t recommend Matt enough. His sessions are always varied & enjoyable, and I leave feeling great.

My reason for contacting Matt was to lose weight and build some muscle as I was the heaviest I've ever been and wanted to change that.

Since training with Matt he's helped me lose the weight I wanted to while also giving me the building blocks to building the muscle I want.

I couldn't recommend Matt highly enough, he's brought back the enjoyment of going to the gym again. Recently he's helped me incorporate nutrition into my training and have noticed how energetic I am not only during training but every day life and cant thank him enough!!

The reason why I decided to get a PT was because I wanted to firstly, gain weight through weight training and secondly, to build confidence in the gym. Before I started training with Matt I had huge anxiety over the thought of going to the gym and lifting weights, but I knew it was something I needed to do in order to reach my goals. Matt provided me with a safe and welcoming environment that enabled me to learn SO many new techniques I wouldn’t have dared to do on my own.

During the sessions Matt would assess my technique and give suggestions for improvements, over time I was eventually performing these movements completely correctly.

I now have the confidence to train on my own in the gym, because I know that the movements I am doing are being done correctly and I know what I am doing. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone that feels anxious about lifting weights/exercising.

I've been training with Matt for about 9 months and it's been such a positive experience. I am a keen runner but wanted to improve my overall strength and also focus on injury prevention, and since we started working together my fitness and strength have improved so much. Matt is really easy to talk to and takes the time to understand what you need, and we've also had some really useful conversations about work/life balance, nutrition and mental health. I always really enjoy our sessions and have loved seeing my progress.

I started training with Matt, after I felt, I needed to get active which has always been my aim I have achieved a lot of my goals from strength to mind set,understanding ,how to keep fit alongside healthy eating.
Matt has supported my whole family, he is friendly and directs the workout to individual needs .
My workout with Matt has been a success and I'm always looking forward for each training time

I will encourage anyone looking for PT to get in contact with Matt, you are on the right route .
Excellent, professional, fun ,friendly.
My children have all benefited and gained lots of workout techniques.

Matt is a superb trainer! I started to work with him summer 2020 - I had seen a trainer before but not for a few years, and wanted to feel strong again. Matt is a joy to work with, he's so keen to find out exactly what you need and what your goals are, and will give you plenty of guidance and support if you're not sure. I feel so much stronger now, look so much better, and have been motivated to improve my health in other ways, i.e. nutrition and more movement generally. I could not recommend him more.

I have been going to Matt for nearly a year now and love every session.

I was feeling a bit lost with nutrition and fitness so decided a PT would be a good option. I am so happy I found Matt as he is fantastic, sessions are fun and interesting, targeting different movements, exercises and areas. He listens to what you like and don't, pushes you and makes sure you get the most from your time with him, enjoy it and do every movement correctly.

Coming into PT I had a knee injury so Matt adapts movements and works on particular exercises to help and build up strength in it, the improvement has been incredible and something that helps me everyday.

Matt's advice on nutrition is easy to follow so you can implement it easily and effectively and see the benefits quickly.

I would highly recommend Matt to anyone, he really is excellent at what he does!
