I've been with Giulio for well over 10 years and he has worked with me to develop my fitness and focus. He is a very personable and skilled trainer, incorporating expert knowledge and years of one-on-one experience. My weekly session with Giulio has kept me on track and motivated. One of the benefits for me personally has not only been a greater degree of physical fitness but also a real support to good mental health. Giulio works with a range of clients of all ages to help them achieve their fitness goals. Giulio’s sense of humour and practical suggestions are invaluable and the hour long training session flies by but you do realise you’ve been through a tough workout!
I would thoroughly recommend Giulio as he really achieves that balance between support and not letting you, the client, get away with any sloppiness, after all why would you pay for a quality personal trainer like Giulio if you are not going to take your health and fitness seriously.

Giulio is hands down the greatest personal trainer I’ve ever trained with! Myself and my husband trained together after work in preparation to slim down for our wedding and boy did we!! We not only lost the required weight but gained strength, knowledge and the ability to run half & full marathons. All sessions were varied, fun and a healthy bit of competition between hubby and I. We moved countries straight after the wedding otherwise we’d be still training with Giulio.

I've been training with Giulio for 12+ years and really enjoy our weekly training. He's got me through injuries, post-op recovery as well as post holiday loss of focus (right now!) Giulio is a very knowledgeable and astute trainer and is very skilled at tailoring each session to suit your goals. He is also friendly and good company. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Giulio highly enough. I started training with Giulio to get back into shape after my second child. I didn't feel very confident around a gym and had never really done weights before. I was so happy with the results I kept my sessions going for nearly 6 years! Giulio keeps the training focused so I feel like I get loads out of each session. He is realistic about what I can do in between sessions as a busy parent and devised a great short workout I can do on my own. He's super patient and a genuinely lovely person to workout with.

I started working Giulio because I was overweight and my joints were painful. His professional and motivating approach has meant I have felt good about training and have actually enjoyed the journey of getting fitter, healthier and feeling better about myself. I have recommended Giulio to friends for the simple reason that he is great at what he does using technical knowledge, experience and empathy.

I've been training with Giulio for over a year and he's helped me massively on my journey. Personally, I've lost 40KG and am much stronger and healthier. But whatever your goal, he's patient, knowledgable and amazingly able to stay focused no matter how much I try and put him off with my blathering.
