Marek is a brilliant trainer. His dedicated approach to teaching has had a long-standing impact on me. I feel fitter, stronger and more confident taking control of my fitness regimen independently. I had no idea how to use anything in the gym before training with Marek - fully recommend!!

Marek is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like I’m looking after myself properly which is thanks to his nutrition and exercise support. My goal was to gain weight and build my muscle mass. I’ve gained four kg in those four weeks that we trained together, got fitter and I feel so much healthier! He encourage you when you are doing good and makes you aware of things you could do better. Would defo recommend to others! Thank you for your help Marek!!

I began training with Marek after I had messaged a few PT's. He was the only one who responded - so glad he did. I have not regretted my decision to train with him.

As someone who was very much out of their comfort zone, Marek put me at ease straight away reassuring me. Learning about not only about exercising, Marek also helps with educating on food and nutrition and I've learnt alot about the good and and bad. I can still go out and enjoy myself while keeping a check. Having a varied exercise routine has helped - never would I have ever picked up weights in a gym before.

So far I have lost over 13kgs and gained a new found confidence while doing something I never thought i would enjoy. Sometimes everyone needs some guidance and if you are looking for a PT for this reason then I would definitely recommend Marek. Thank you Marek!

Marek & his MSF is definitely one of the best PT you can have. He has his own unique customised ways to transform your body and make you "fit" both mentally & physically. I have been training with him for months now & his techniques have worked wonders for me. Marek's customised work out plans keeps your body toned & his nutritional advise never compels you to skip your favourite dessert yet maintain a healthy balance. Not only at the gym premises but he is also available for online advise & is very prompt at his responses. You have to give Marek a few months and you'd be ready to see the changes in you unfold.

Marek is the perfect pt if your looking to start your fitness journey but don't quite know how or if you are already on a fitness journey but need some motivation and help to push you a but further. He is so good at communicating , making sure your on course with targets and designing a programme that suits you

I had the pleasure of training with Marek and I can say that he is very professional and dedicated in the journey for each individual, meal plans and exercise wise. Rest assured that you will see results in a few weeks time with his help and obviously sticking to the plan.

I always had fear of going to gym n found it quite intimidating till I took training under Marek ,he not only gave me guidance of what to do and how to do it, but also helped me feel more confident and encouraged to me start my fitness journey . Marek goes to lengths to make sure the workouts are adapted and suited to you, taking into consideration your personal health and fitness. He is extremely motivating and encourages you to find that little extra motivation to push yourself that little bit further.
