When I first thought of going to a personal trainer I was unfit and hadn’t been to a gym for about a year. So I was a bit scared of going to a personal trainer in case they thought I was rubbish. However I found Tom online and thought I should just give it a go. He is brilliant! He has never made me feel uncomfortable or unfit and has kept it at a level he thinks would suit me. He makes the session fun and even though I dread the training, I feel great after working out! If anyone is looking for a personal trainer in the Enfield area, I would highly recommend Tom from Armerfit!

After the quarantine I was feeling unfit and hadn't been to a gym for about 10 months I found Tom online and i thought i will give it a try , I know how difficult is to find professional and dedicated PT I had a few in the past. But I'm extremely happy with Tom after 4 sessions i can already see and feel the difference. Tom is knowledgeable shows enthusiasm in every sessions he understand every person needs and goals. For the last couple of weeks we have been exercising in the park and its been great soon we might move to his private studio gym which is exciting too. I am so happy that i found him I couldn't recommend you Tom highly enough so if you are thinking of having PT give it a go with Tom honestly you won't regret it. I am very happy customer :)

Tom has been training me virtually now for just over a year. I can honestly say reaching out to Tom was the best decision I made. Tom has written training programmes for me that are constantly under review through feedback and discussion. Having these programmes really help to keep me focused and on track. The results were far better than I could have hoped with every target smashed. Tom is brilliant at keeping in touch, motivating and supporting. Feeling in my best physical shape has also helped mentally through a challenging year!

I signed up for PT sessions with Tom just under 2 years ago, and never looked back. My tailor-made program changes periodically because Tom wants to position me for long term success by focusing on my physical transformation and pushing through my mental roadblocks. Frankly, I don't miss the gym, because Tom keeps me on track and motivated, and because he genuinely cares about his clients.

Tom is an incredible PT. After spending 6 months with him I can’t believe how much stronger I feel both physically and mentally. Tom has created a comfortable environment to train in and personally I’ve finally been able to enjoy exercise as well as feel the benefits after. I couldn’t recommend him more highly

If you’re looking for an experienced PT then Tom is definitely the one to go for!

Both my wife and I have been visiting Tom either as individual sessions or couple sessions. We love how each training session is always different with lots of varied exercises and circuits and customised to what we want to achieve.

Tom is super friendly and has the perfect balance to push during sessions but in a very motivating way. He always explains different exercises and demos good form to prevent injuries.

Toms gym is very well equipped with both strength and cardio equipment to give a strong all round workout. But during Covid we also started virtual online sessions which were equally as effective (even with the minimal equipment we have at home). Both in-person or virtual sessions are challenging but ultimately very rewarding.

Tom is WONDERFUL! If you are looking for a friendly PT that makes you feed comfortable and good about yourself then you need to contact Armer Fitness. He has build an amazing private gym with all the equipment you need. Thanks Tom!

In the miserable depths of December 2020 and yet another lockdown, I was at my heaviest and feeling pretty rubbish about everything, including myself. I found Tom online and saw the great reviews he had, but the main thing I picked up on was that he would push you but it wouldn't be some kind of horrific boot camp (which for me is incredibly demotivating and I'd resent going).

At our first session, we discussed what I was hoping to get out training and my overall goal, so I knew from the start how hard or fast we would go. Tom was really understanding about my long term aim to build strength generally and to feel healthier, rather than trying to get to a specific size or weight.

After going for 5 months now, I have never felt better and fitter. I don't get back pain from sitting in front of a computer 5 days a week anymore, and I feel overall stronger. Tom pointed me to trying out the MyFitnessPal app just to help with keeping an eye on what I'm eating as well, and that along with the regular exercise has really made a massive difference, lifestyle-wise. I still don't count calories so it doesn't feel like an awful chore, but I am making better decisions on what I eat. And it's great to have a PT who doesn't expect you to give up all the fun stuff and dedicate yourself only to fitness and exercise; I've no guilt telling Tom I've had a glass or two of wine!
