His fi/boot camps are fun, such a lovely group who encourage and praise you when you do well.
I would highly recommend Michael and Paula his wife. They work so hard to help each member from dietary foods to exercise. They certainly are a dream team.
You will not find better, I highly recommend Michael 10/10 always!

Michael will build you a personal bespoke programme based on your objectives and ability. Be under no illusions, Michael believes we have more ability than we believe we have ourselves. He will push you to achieve your best. He is understanding if you have an injury or a really busy time in life but he will drop you if he thinks you're taking it too easy because he genuinely wants you to achieve the best you can. He will expect you to do any workouts he sets for you to do at home or you can attend his group fitness sessions. I have never attended these myself but if you are looking to mix a social aspect with getting fit, I hear they are good. For me, the best sessions are 1:1 in his fitness studio. This private gym has more equipment than I knew existed. All modern and kept really well. Under Michael's supervision you will push yourself harder than you believe you can.
In the two years I have been working with Michael, I have lost 2 stone (out of 14) but more importantly I have gained flexibility and strength at a time in my life when my body is naturally losing these things. In my first session, I could not manage a squat without falling into a chair. Within a year I was doing squats with a barbell and I have managed 70KG weighted squats. I couldn't do even one push up and while I won't claim to like them, I can do lots of them today and bench press over 40KG. These are just some of the things I never would have believed I could do myself but Michael has believed in me enough to get me there.
If you are looking for a personal trainer who will hold you to working out because you really do want to get fit, lose weight or whatever goal you have, Michael can help you. If you are looking for a personal trainer who understands what it's like to be trying to get fit and can help you to achieve more than you would believe, Michael can help you. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will check in with you regularly throughout the week to help you stay on course but without being judgy, Michael can help you.
It takes commitment from you and it is not about fast results but consistent improvement and support through setbacks as long as you are always trying to improve as much as you can. I couldn't recommend Michael enough because he has helped me to feel better about myself and to believe in myself and that kind of thing is priceless. Worth every penny.
