Luke is brilliant. He has helped me over the years on numerous occasions get in shape for both sporting and modelling events. He has a strong knowledge base and our workouts have always been fun and engaging - whether Hiit based, power lifting or outdoor circuits.
I'd thoroughly recommend working with him on a 1-2-1 bases if you are serious about specific goals Or if more for a social affair, bring along some pals for his fun classes. He also has lots of knowledge about nutrition and has helped me shape my diet to match my goals. A very fun yet professional trainer!

If you have a goal and need guidance and motivation to get there, then Luke is definitely your man! Workouts are never the same and I always leave feeling like I have achieved something, despite the amount of moaning I do! Not only does Luke keep you motivated in the gym but he also keeps on top of you during the week. Definitely recommend 💪🏼

Luke's a fantastic PT. Sessions are great fun, and he will push you much further than you think you can go - the only way to achieve results! There's no chance to slack off either as he always keeps in contact outside your sessions. Everything you want from a PT.
