Having always been deterred by busy gyms and a lack of knowledge, VJ fitness was recommended to me by a friend and since using their personal training/nutrition services, I have never looked back. After a few months, I am a stone lighter in weight and have seen significant gains in strength, overall fitness and confidence. Jordan and Victoria are excellent at what they do, keep sessions fun, varied and are always supportive and enthusiastic. Would thoroughly recommend. James

I started training with Jordan at VJ Fitness around 8 weeks ago after joining gyms many times in the past and going a few times then just giving up. I really needed to do something different this time. After recommendations from friends I thought I would give VJ Fitness a try. I have to say I really am amazed at how far I have come in a short space of time. Not only have I got fitter but it has actually been fun as well! Jordan has made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me at each session, also giving me advice, tips on training at home and nutrition and convincing me that no matter what age you are, it really doesn't matter, you can progress if you put the effort in. I see this as an ongoing change to my life for the better and I'm looking forward to seeing how much further I can improve. Whether you are 18 or 80 (I'm 54), VJ Fitness can really help you feel good about yourself and the progress you can make. 100% recommended!

I cannot recommend VJ Fitness enough, I’ve mainly trained with Jordan and the results are outstanding. He is highly motivating and passionate about what he does, making sure your training plans are tailored for you and adjusted when required.
Definitely give them a go - you won’t regret it! :D

I cant recommend joining VJ Fitness enough, i have been going for 8 weeks now and the changes both mentally and physically have been amazing. I found myself hovering over the website for weeks but i was really nervous at taking the plunge, all i can say is don't be. Jordan is a great coach, has made me feel welcome and comfortable since the my first session. If you are thinking of joining VJ Fitness then do it, you wont regret it.

my boyfriend and i started training with Jordan back in March after wanting to start going to the gym but not knowing where to start. he is so knowledgeable and encouraging and makes you feel so comfortable. there is no judgement, just someone who genuinely cares and wants to see people reach their goals. my confidence has improved so much since i started training, i feel stronger, fitter, healthier and just generally better about myself and my body. if you have any doubts about joining VJ Fitness, don’t. it was one of the best choices i’ve made for myself!

I finally plucked up the courage to contact VJ Fitness and I am so glad I did!
I’ve been working with Victoria for a few months now.
Victoria is encouraging, knowledgeable and makes each session different.
I wanted to gain more confidence in the gym too, which I have! I make better food choices and have learnt the importance of eating to fuel your body!

VJ Fitness - I started training with Jordan a few months ago and the transformation is amazing, loosing weight at a steady rate and feel so much stronger. You get well thought out personal plan which helps you keep on track.
My wife also has had sports massages with Vicky and has really helped her with her knee problem.
Very highly recommended, professional and they provide a great workout environment.

Have been working with Jordan two days a week for a few months and have lost a stone. I am more physically and mentally fit and feel so much healthier. He provides a fittness program suitable to your requirements and pushes and encourages you when you think you can’t do any more. He also gives you an exercise program for doing at home to help yourself further. He helps with nutrition and suggests good foods to maintain a healthier lifestyle and monitors the progress made. I was a bit nervous first time I went but he puts you at ease and is really helpful! I would definitely recommend joining and make a positive change this year!
