I've been training with Mark (APT) for around 2 years now, he has helped me get stronger and fitter than I ever had when training alone and what's more, I have thoroughly enjoyed it! Whether training for strength, fitness or weight loss he will help you achieve great results!

I've just completed my first week here and can't say enough good things about it. I've been welcomed with open arms and warmth into this fitfam. Mark has looked after me through this first week and the professionalism I have experienced here is of an impeccable level. Highly recommend this place.
