Always motivating, challenging and fun, each workout is never the same and all progress is recorded so you are continually pushing your limits, no comfort zones! Cliffs extensive knowledge on health, diet and anatomy ensures that I get the best and right advice, and he's always available for feedback, support and future goal planning. Cliff is the best PT you will find, and the gym is clean, tidy with a friendly atmosphere. Cliff has been a great PT and gym instructor. His knowledge of everything from nutrition to stretches and all of the training in between has been invaluable considering I’d barely been to a gym before. He’s encouraging and motivational, listens to your goals and helps you to achieve them.

Can highly recommend. Have been attending PT with Cliff for several years now and it has really helped me with not only achieving but just as importantly, maintaining my goals. I have lost body fat and gained muscle content thanks to the tailored training plans in each PT session. Cliff provides all the motivation and guidance you may need and coupled with a genuine interest for your well being, it has enabled me to make progress far beyond what I thought I could achieve. Before I joined FYF and started training with Cliff I was not interested in exercise, had aches and pains and was putting on weight. Cliff isn’t just a PT he is a coach. He finds what your motivation is and coaches you to achieve that. I now love exercise, feel confident in the gym on my own and care about the food I eat. For the whole 4 years we worked together I had bespoke plans depending on my goals at the time. Cliff also goes above and beyond and takes the time to check in with you outside of PT sessions. The results I’ve achieve are massive. I now am stronger than I’ve ever been and have a better body in my 30s than I did in my 20s.

I am going into my 8th year working with Cliff. His PT classes are challenging, tough and enjoyable. He is very in tune with his clients and caters to any issues they have with injuries which was crucial on my end with finding a trainer. Work had taken me to America and Germany for 2 years and through that time Cliff kept me on track with working out and monitoring my diet and injuries. Cliff is great at creating a friendly environment to work out within while at the same time keeping you accountable in your workout sessions be they 1 on 1, across zoom or through WhatsApp communication. I cannot speak highly enough of him as a trainer.

Cliff has always been my go to man for my training needs. He has helped me battle weight issues, provided strength and conditioning training, and more recently aided me prepare for my first triathlon. I could recommend cliff with 100% confidence.

I began working with Cliff at the start of 2021 where we had to train in a park to begin with due to the rules in place.

Cliff has helped me massively over the last year to get me focussed and back into training regularly after stopping and starting for three years. The sessions put together and working with Cliff on my form etc. has greatly improved my strength and physique.

He has also provided an abundance of information around how to diet, when to eat, how much to eat of what etc. which made a massive impact on my lifestyle choices and the vile beer gut I had put on during lockdown.

One of the greatest pieces of advice he has given me was around sleeping. I really struggled for a long time and Cliff recommended supplements and methods to help with this and I’ve finally managed to sleep through the night regularly for the first time in years.

I would highly recommend using his service if you are looking for help with training, diet and/or lifestyle changes.
