He is an excellent trainer, has a great sense of humour and is very personable and caring about your weightoss/Fitness Goals. He will not let you get away with anything that keeps you from achieving them!!
You're going to benefit from his immense knowledge of all things body, fitness, and health; wicked sense of humor; sincere encouragement; and variable, exciting, transformative fitness plans.
Bonus: He mixes up every session, so boredom is not an option!

I've been doing Jacks classes for over 2 years now and my strength and fitness has increased so much! Best yet, I'm always able to push myself further due to the type of classes he does. INSANITY is awesome - I always leave with a sweat on! KETTLEBELL training is brilliant and the heavier you go - the harder it gets! Combine the two and it's a total body workout! Highly recommend!

I found Cronk Fitness when looking for a Personal Trainer after losing my baby weight. I had 10 sessions with Jack and lost the 2 stone that I had put on. Jack made it easy by giving me a simple eating plan and exercise routine. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for some help losing weight.

AMAZINGGGG!!! Jack is very professional, I have been seeing him for personal training and group classes for 2 months now and have already lost a stone. No 2 classes are ever the same. He is very motivational and pushes you on to do the best you can. Highly Recommended!

The classes are really fun and varied. I was a member of the gym and used to attend there classes but now I have given up the gym and just do Cronk Fitness classes. Works out a lot cheaper and no long term memberships. I have seen really great changes since staring classes three months ago. I would definitely recommend.
